N1 - Optional Step

The 3x8mm button head screws for this and the next step are located in the bag marked with N1 and N2 stickers.

Assemble the turnbuckles, the ball cups should be at different angles when build to specifications.

Insert the pivot ball into the turnbuckle, this allow for easier positioning when mounting. Check that the upper turnbuckle ball cups are facing the correct direction before installing

Attach the swaybar pivot balls, don't forget the thread lock. I make sure the screws are facing upwards for this step, this allows for easier access to the grub screws when cleaning or changing sway bars.

Remove the front diff holder to mount the sway bar.

Check that the sway bar is clear of the turnbuckles.

The grub screws in the front diff case should be tight enough to remove forward and backward play but not too tight as to cause the sway bar to bind.

N2 - Optional Step

Mostly the same as the previous step. Assemble the turnbuckles, the ball cups should be at different angles when build to specifications.

Mount the turnbuckles with the correct orientation.

Attach the swaybar pivot balls, don't forget the thread lock. For the rear sway bar I have the screws sit horizontally.

Remove the front diff holder to mount the sway bar.

Once again, the grub screws should only be tight enough to remove any forward/backwards play.
